The individual in this position is responsible for managing all aspects of security activities for the casino in accordance with company policy and state regulations responsible for supporting the achievement of revenue and income objectives, market share and customer service objectives establishes departmental policies and procedures develops and monitors departmental budget(s) to ensure effective operation of the security department.
